The PERRIN Recirc BOV has many adjustments to taylor it to your driving style and horsepower. You are able to adjust when the BOV releases, and how much it releases by adjusting the spring and flow control screw. These very unique features are things not found on any other BOV.

For clients that demand idle quality, and the best in drivability we offer a fully recirculated BOV. Like the stock BOV, the PERRIN recirc BOV keeps the vented air in the intake system to keep the ECU happy and running smooth. BOV's that vent to atmosphere can run rich between shifts causing backfires, can cause idle issues, and part throttle drivability on cars that have MAF sensors. This is due to metered air, the ECU thinks is being ingested by the engine, being expelled to the atmosphere. While some may be wanting a "loud" BOV, the PERRIN recirc valve can still be heard through your intake system especially if an after-market Short Ram or Cold Air Intake is installed. While this may not be loud enough to wake up the neighbors, it is loud enough for you to hear in the car.
